Bodega - New Album

'Bodega' are set to release their long awaited second album entitled 'Under the Counter' in early July - again on the Greentrax Record Label.
The album, which features 10 new tracks from the band, many of which have been previewed in recent live shows', was recorded in Newcastle with Andrew Gifford (Fiddlers' Bid) at the producers helm.
The band will launch the album during a special performance at the 'Universal' in Glasgow on the 3rd July at 8pm. Everyone is welcome to come along and entry is free.
The formal launch of the album will take place in An Laantair in Stornoway on Saturday 19th July at 1pm as part of the Heb-Celt Festival - with the band playing the main festival stage later that same evening.

Fiddlers Bid on the BBC
BBC Alba have now broadcast the programme they filmed of Fiddlers Bid during this years 30th Shetland Folk Festival - a programme which also celebrates the band's own upcoming 20th anniversary.
