Fiddlers's Bid set off for three UK dates, hot on the heels of returning from their visit to Japan in November
They will perform at the Aberdeen Music Hall on the 20th November; the Woodend Barn, Banchory on the 21st November and the Alnwick Playhouse, Northumberland on the 22nd November.

Following this the Bid will be undertaking rehearsals and demo recording for their new album due out in 2009, and also making an appearance at a Celtic Connections Showcase Scotland concert in the Old Fruitmarket, Glasgow on the 29th Jan, 2009 as part of Celtic Connections Festival.

Fiddlers Bid on the BBC
BBC Alba have now broadcast the programme they filmed of Fiddlers Bid during this years 30th Shetland Folk Festival - a programme which also celebrates the band's own upcoming 20th anniversary.
