Events Management

AEMS offers a comprehensive and experienced management and support service for all types and sizes of event, including conferences, exhibitions, festivals, concerts and meetings.

However, management and arrangement services for events such as weddings (especially music related elements) and similar smaller but equally important events are also considered or undertaken.

Specific services offered include:

• General planning, design logistics and arrangements in conjunction with clients
• Budget and admin management
• Health & Safety planning and advice
• Artist booking, management and contracting
• Transport and accommodation bookings
• Audio visual, technical and production support and services via experienced / professional local contractors
• Actual on-site event co-ordination and management.
