Saltfishforty are set to make two appearances at this years Hebridean Celtic Festival (Heb-Celt) which takes place from the 13th - 16th July, 2011.
Playing as a trio (with Erik Laughton on percussion for added 'power') the lads will be playing Borve on Friday 15th July at 8pm and again the next day on the Scottish Islands stage at 8.30pm.
The lads are also likely 
to make an as yet unscheduled apperance in the festival club which takes place nightly in An Laantair and will also run an Orkney music workshop in Pointers Youth Cafe from 10.30am on Saturday 16th July.
Douglas Montgomery from the band said "We are really exicted about this trip and delighted to be coming back to the Heb-Celt again. It's a fantastic festival and we've had great times there in the past, so I'm expecting nothing to be any different this time around in that respect".

Shetland Schools Music Festival 2012
The Shetland Schools Music Festival has been hailed a great success by everyone involved. Over 1000 young Shetland musicians, singers etc etc took part during the four-day annual event.
